How does it work?
- The coaching takes place over a day-long workshop delivered away from your office
- The workshop will be facilitated by myself and another coach and is suitable for up to 25 participants
- After the workshop, follow-ups will be carried out as per an agreed schedule

How does it work?
The coaching will involve a mixture of face-to-face and video sessions and will give you the opportunity to meet other people who are in similar circumstances:
- A face-to-face workshop, one Saturday per month
- Group video call every 15 days
- Maximum 5 participants per group
- Facilitated group coaching sessions
