Who is it for?

What does a high-performing team look like? It is driven by purpose and animated by trust. Unfortunately, many teams are rudderless, lacking a vision for their future. Conflicts often prevent team members from performing at their best and ultimately make the team ineffective.

Expected outcomes

  • Define your vision and mission: I’ll help you get to the heart of why you do what you do
  • Create your strategy and planning charters: get to where you want to go with a clear, actionable plan
  • Improve team trust and collaboration: make changes that produce tangible outcomes
  • Establish team members’ profiles using the Predictive Index Methodology; understand each individual and how they fit into the team

How does it work?

  • The coaching takes place over a day-long workshop delivered away from your office
  • The workshop will be facilitated by myself and another coach and is suitable for up to 25 participants
  • After the workshop, follow-ups will be carried out as per an agreed schedule

Group Coaching for Managers & Executives

Expected outcomes

  • Self-discovery: gain a deeper understanding of your behaviours, interactions with others, and what drives you
  • Powerful connection with like-minded people working in other businesses and industries

How does it work?

The coaching will involve a mixture of face-to-face and video sessions and will give you the opportunity to meet other people who are in similar circumstances:

  • A face-to-face workshop, one Saturday per month
  • Group video call every 15 days
  • Maximum 5 participants per group
  • Facilitated group coaching sessions
