Executive coaching is a crowded space. Most coaches will tell you they’re experienced, qualified and client-focused. That’s the baseline.
What’s rarer is a coach who has genuinely lived the cross-cultural leadership experience not as an academic exercise, but as a personal and professional reality.
My Story
I was born and raised in Italy, studied in France, built part of my career in the United States and Mexico and now live and work in Bath, UK. Over the years I’ve led, collaborated, and coached across Italian, British, French, Turkish, Moroccan, American, and Mexican business cultures, each with its own unspoken rules, expectations, and ways of building trust.
That experience of being the outsider who learns to belong, and the insider who never quite forgets what it felt like not to is the foundation of my coaching.
Today I work with senior leaders and multinational teams across the UK, Europe, the US and beyond. I coach in four languages: English, Italian, French and Spanish.

I work with clients on a 1:1 basis, with executive teams, and through structured leadership programmes. Every engagement is tailored. There is no off-the-shelf product.
